Iurii Ageiev started the business in 2016. Since 2022 the Group has been headquartered in Zug, where OSAGAU AG is its principal trading company. Today the Group employs 57 people in Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and Ukraine, and ranks among Ukraine's ten largest importers of oil products.
Our trading desk in Zug buys from European refineries and international majors. Our distribution business in Ukraine delivers to fuel retail networks, industrial and agricultural consumers, and airports. Between the two, we arrange every leg of the journey.

2016
The business begins
Iurii Ageiev starts trading oil products and natural gas with European refineries.
2019
Into aviation
The Group enters the jet fuel market, supplying airlines and airports in Ukraine.
2021
Market leader
OSAGAU becomes Ukraine's largest independent jet fuel supplier, with its own airport equipment.
2022
Swiss headquarters
OSAGAU AG is incorporated in Zug. Rail and pipeline supply grows as Ukrainian airspace closes.

Across the region
The Group prepares to offer aviation fuelling services in Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria.

Leadership
The people who run OSAGAU
Piotr Piwnik
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
Piotr leads OSAGAU's commercial operations and expansion strategy and chairs the board of OSAGAU AG. He brings 15 years in oil trading and logistics, with previous roles at PKN Orlen, Statoil and AOT Energy, and joined the Group in 2022.
Iurii Ageiev
Founder and Chief Financial Officer
Iurii started the business in 2016 after senior roles at TNK-BP in Ukraine. He built the Group's aviation fuel business into Ukraine's largest independent supplier, leads the Group's finance function and sits on the board of OSAGAU AG.
